We sell pet caskets and memorial products WHOLESALE to funeral supply companies, pet crematories and veterinarians.  We sell pet caskets and memorial products RETAIL directly to the public.

 

Sales Policies:

Re-sale monument and memorial items with additional personalization services to funeral homes and public.

Signed contract and deposit required before material will be ordered. Remaining balance is due before personalization.

All sales final on personalized products.

Errors on our site:

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Cherokee Specialty Casket Company, Inc. and all Divisions reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued by the mean in which payment was received. All credit and debit cards refunds will be issued to the bank card used for original payment. All refunds will be applied to the holder’s account per their bank’s refund posting policy. All payments made by written checks will receive refund in 10 to 14 days once the original check has cleared Cherokee’s banking account. All cash payments will receive cash refund within 24 hours or next business day.submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Natural materials and display colors:

Some products are made from natural stone or wood including, but not limited to, grave memorials made from granite, natural stone urns, wood urns, wood flag cases, and other products containing or incorporating the use of natural wood or stone material. The purchaser acknowledges that stone and wood are natural materials with variations in color and other characteristics and agrees to accept such natural variations. Due to photography & viewer’s monitor settings products colors may not match exactly. Designs are subject to change without notice.

 

Third party and typographical errors:

In the event that Cherokee Specialty Casket Company, Inc. and all Divisions web sites incorrectly lists a price or product description due to a typographical error or an error in the information received from a supplier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price prior to shipping. Cherokee Specialty Casket Company, Inc. and all Divisions reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been billed. Refunds will be issued by the mean in which payment was received. All credit and debit cards refunds will be issued to the bank card used for original payment. Return Policy:

Non customized items:
Return authorization is required. The Customer has ten (10) days from the day of delivery to return the item(s). The postmark date is the date we go by on the return. Expedited fees will not be reimbursed (example: Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery). The Product must be new condition and have not been filled with ashes or been used. .Items not returned (postmarked) within 10 days from the delivery day are – Not Returnable – No Exception (we are sorry but we work with many different manufacturers, artists, vendors and suppliers and this is a Company Policy) Caskets can only be returned if not used. (All items need to be new and a 20% restocking fee applies automatically).The Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you are returning a product which is not personalized but has add on products you will be charged for the add on (example: name plaques).

Customized items:
Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, urns, glassware, stainless steel, wooden products and any other personalized item we may carry, if work has been started or completed there will be no returns allowed. If work has not started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. Cherokee Specialty Casket Company, Inc. and all Divisions reserves the right to replace the defective or incorrect products with one that meets the original order. You may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product and packaging for internal review prior to any action being taken. Customer has 24 hours (or by end of next business day); from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product; and a free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer. Once the proof has been approved by returning form via email to office, and work has been started or completed on the monument or any personalized memorial product, there will be no returns allowed.

Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hours or by end of next business day; because we work with many different suppliers and a claim has to be filed with the shipping company (example FedEx). We have the right to replace damaged items. You may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product and packaging for internal review prior to any action being taken.

Overnight and 2nd day delivery charge refund:
If the item was shipped and has a delay on the overnight or 2nd day delivery, we will default back to the shipping companies policy (FedEx or any other) and check with them if they will issue a refund. If the delivery company issues a refund the refund will be extended to the customer, if the delivery company does not issue a refund no refund will be granted.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not share or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect credit card data, that information is encrypted and remains encrypted while on file with the credit card processing company. Only customer service employees are granted access to run the credit cards on file. The credit card number remains encrypted with only the last four digits of your card.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mails we receive, send invoices, payment receipts and delivery information.  Cherokee Casket also uses email correspondence to update our customers on product & price changes, convention schedules & articles related to the funeral industry via newsletters.  You can also register with our website if you would like to receive updates via newsletters on our new products and services.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
